These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to reworkers.ai and your use of Reworkers interview coaching services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Reworkers provides voice-first interview practice, structured feedback and related tools for professional development. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. Eligibility, accounts and security
You must be at least 16 years old to use Reworkers. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and paid plans must be purchased by, or with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass security, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, scrape the service, or use coaching outputs as professional legal, medical or financial advice.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the information, job descriptions, answers, recordings and other content you submit. You grant Reworkers a limited licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.
5. AI coaching disclaimer
Reworkers provides practice and educational feedback. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. The service does not guarantee employment, interview success, language proficiency or any specific career outcome. You remain responsible for how you use the feedback.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, billing periods, prices and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider. Unless a plan or applicable law says otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled.
You can cancel a renewal through the account controls or by contacting us. Any refund or statutory withdrawal right is handled according to the offer and applicable law.
7. Intellectual property and third parties
Reworkers and its licensors own the service, software, visual design, trademarks and original materials. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without written permission. Third-party services such as Stripe have their own terms and privacy notices.
8. Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical failures or events beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that limitation, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. We may update these Terms as the service develops; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and contact
